We strive to ensure quick processing of your order. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24-48 hours after being placed. If your order is placed on a weekday before 20:00, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next day. For orders placed over the weekend, dispatch is scheduled for Monday.
The estimated shipping duration, as stated at checkout and on our shipping page, begins from the day your order is dispatched. Please note that the average shipping time is 4-8 working days.

All our clothing follows standard sizing, with most items featuring a custom size chart. We recommend choosing one size up for a more comfortable fit, as our garments are tailored to fit closely to the body.
Our shoes are true to size, but if you're unsure, we suggest going up one size to avoid a tight fit. For half sizes, we recommend sizing up by 0.5 for better comfort. To find your perfect shoe size, please refer to the foot length in CM/INCHES provided, as these measurements are 100% accurate to the shoe.
