Not satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that and would love to know what we can do to make you happy.

Please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. You can then send your order back to our return address within 14 days of receiving the return form. We will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 working days after receiving the returned item.

Please note: If you return the order more than 14 days after receiving the return form, we are not obligated to refund the full amount.

Received a Damaged Item? Please contact us first before returning the item. We will gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution for a replacement product.

Personalized Products: Personalized products cannot be returned.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps:

Step 1: Contact us at support@silkandserena.co.uk or via the contact form. If possible, please include the reason for the return so we can assist you promptly, and send you our return form.

Step 2: Return your order
Send the items along with the completed return form. Please ensure the package has a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the package, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
After we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 working days.
